Roasted Red Potatoes with Laura Scudder's Toasted Onion Mix


Easy and great tasting dish.


  • 1 envelope of Laura Scudder's Toasted Onion Seasoning Mix
  • 6-8 small red potatoes, quartered
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh rosemary leaves
  • Ground black pepper (optional)



  1. Pre heat oven to 400 degrees F. 
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix and toss thoroughly to coat potatoes. Transfer potatoes to a large baking sheet or pan.
  3. Bake 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are a tender golden brown.
