Roasted Red Potatoes with Laura Scudder's Toasted Onion Mix
Easy and great tasting dish.
- 1 envelope of Laura Scudder's Toasted Onion Seasoning Mix
- 6-8 small red potatoes, quartered
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp minced fresh rosemary leaves
- Ground black pepper (optional)
- Pre heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix and toss thoroughly to coat potatoes. Transfer potatoes to a large baking sheet or pan.
- Bake 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are a tender golden brown.
