Ingredients

  • 1 envelope of Laura Scudder’s Toasted Onion Seasoning Mix
  • 6-8 small red potatoes, quartered
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh rosemary leaves
  • Ground black pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pre heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Mix olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bake 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are a tender golden brown.
